Just wrapping up my Saturday.  Not too bad.  I used 7 of my flex points but that's okay.  That's why I have them.  I heard something tonight that I thought was great. "A diet isn't what you don't eat, it's what you eat."  I love that.  It is so true.  Tomorrow is planned out and I'm ready.  Success is here!  My weigh in for my health challenge will be on Monday.  Tomorrow is going to be good!
