But you know. That's just not true. My running is improving. My strength is improving. My measurements are decreasing. I'm getting up in the mornings and getting to the gym by 5:30 (except yesterday - breaks are just needed :). I'm feeling so much better than two weeks ago. My eating is improving. I made it 10 days with no sugary treats. It's okay.
Why does that number on the scale carry so much weight to me?
What makes it so important?
I had a great run this morning. I am liking the treadmill now that I'm on one that I can listen to the tv. It makes the run go by a little faster. I used the incline a little this morning and played with my speed a little. Four miles in forty minutes - not bad. I don't know how accurate the treadmill is but it felt good. My Garmin really needs calibrated and I really would like to to it on the outside track so that it's a little more accurate. I'm hoping to get to Weight Watchers today. I need a Jenny meeting. She is so motivating and understanding. I think she could help me with some answers. have a great day!
