I had a late night last night so this morning I skipped my workout.  Lazy?  No, it's okay.  It will all happen.

So I'm on day 4 of no sugar.  It's been a few months since that's happened.  I excited to see the results.  I feel like I'm doing okay.  The scale still isn't moving.  I'm going to measure on Monday and see where I stand.  I'm not going to get on the scale.  It will happen.

I am proud to say that I made frosting yesterday and I didn't take a bite!  I'm even more proud to say that I made buttermilk syrup this morning and again --- not even a little taste!    Whew.... It is possible.  I can do it!

  1. I am very impressed with your no-sugar eating. I've tried it a couple times lately and just haven't been able to get into it. It is hard to get over the hump. Way to go!
