No run today.  I know.  I know.  Very lazy of me.  My bed was just too warm and it was too cold outside.  I'm so tired of being cold to the bone.  Seriously.  My toes and fingers are always cold.  Fat is an excellent insulator I'm learning.  Since losing weight I've been cold all the time.  I'm not trying to complain.  I'll take the weight loss any day --- with electric socks!
