Can I just tell you how cold it is?  Oh my heck.  I hate being cold.  My hands and toes are always cold.  I slept in a little this morning.  My bed was just too warm!  I made it to the gym around 6:15.  I was supposed to run 2 miles and then do my lower body circuit/strength training.  Instead, I ran for 5 minutes warming up a little and then did my circuit training.  It felt good and I can definitely feel it in my legs. 

Eating is on the right track.  No sugar yesterday and none today.  It was time to just go cold turkey and be done for a while.  I know sugar packs it on.  I know not eating sugar frees my body from all kinds of yucky things.  I'll see progress.  I know I will.
