Ahhh. Friday. Finally.
I warmed up thing morning with a mile run then I did the circuit I've been doing all week. In between each circuit I ran two laps. It felt really good. The running kept my heart rate up. When I was done, I was tired and my legs were tired. All is good.
I trying to figure out my eating. I've been doing Weight Watchers. I just don't know if that's what I should be doing. Again the glycemic index is on my mind - carbs.... do I eat them? When do I eat them? Are carbs my problem? I just keep thinking I'm replacing fat with muscle. That's why my measurements are decreasing. A pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle. Muscle just takes up less space. Right?
Three months of aimless eating and lazy workouts won't be undone in two weeks.
Training for my marathon begins in two weeks. I'm ready to get going. I think. Physically I'm ready. Mentally I'm getting there. It's all good.
