I didn't work out yesterday. I was tired and went back to bed. It's okay. Eating was okay. Not great but not the worst day I had.
Today I tried out my new Garmin foot pod. Its really cool and nice to use my Garmin inside. My cadence is not where I would like it - I'm about nine steps short of where I would like to be. I'll work on it - I'm still just not feeling great. I'm glad that this little bug wasn't more than what I had, still I want to feel normal again. I'm wondering if sunshine has something to do with my feeling crappy. We just haven't had enough of it this week.
Eating today has been..... well breakfast was great. Then I was hungry later and had some peanuts. Still hungry, I had some tortilla chips and queso. What the heck? Planning and preparing. That's what it's all about. Planning and time for me to do this has got to happen.
