Yesterday I had a great little post written and I couldn't get blogger to post it. I did workout yesterday. This morning I put in The Firm. I'm really liking it. I feel like I work after I do it! I did skip a section of lunges. My legs at that point just said,"Uh, really. We aren't doing that!" I didn't argue. I just kept moving so my heart rate stayed up. St. Patrick's Day! Gotta shower and make some green breakfast for the kiddos!!!
