Okay, so after talking with my wonderful and insightful husband, we are going to try harder. He is going through the same struggle that I am. We looked at our WW stuff and decided to go back to basics. Are we getting our oil, dairy and veggies in? Fruit is not a problem. If we were to get in everything we should be we would also be consuming less points on other things that aren't beneficial to our bodies. We have to do this! For us! For our kids!
Today I'm going to try and find time to sit down and plan. Plan veggies for every meal. Make a list for my veggies and go do a little veggie shopping. I will be the first to admit that eating a veggie snack isn't my first choice - maybe that's the problem.
I did workout today. I little Leslie Sansone and a little Firm Sculpting. I'm going to start running when it gets light - being outside makes all the difference to me. I can't wait.
