What do I want to have happen with my relationship to food?
1. Food is not the enemy, it is the fuel. I want to be able to provide my body with the HEALTHY fuel it needs.
What fuel will benefit my body most?
2. Easter - What will my relationship with food be on Easter?
Do I want to celebrate with food? What other ways could I celebrate?
I want to think about these questions this weekend and answer them on Monday. What food can I serve? What will be in the Easter baskets?
