Hey Monday! Nice to have you here - you were a little early - but I was ready! I love sleeping in but I'm really missing a Saturday and Sunday workout. Sunday will be a rest day but I need to figure something out for Saturday. I miss the energy level.
So, not a bad weekend. Saturday after weighing in we went to Golden Corral with the in-laws. I was a little nervous. I just loaded up on all the yummy fresh fruit. So good! I allowed myself hot ham and 1/2 a biscuit. I really felt confident leaving and filling satified. I did use 6 of my flex points but that's okay. Sunday was a great day too. I didn't use any flex points and I even enjoyed a little ice cream. Yeah. I'm struggling today with setting a goal for the week. I'm thinking something to do with workouts and something with not weighing until my meeting. What an awesome feeling that was - I love it because that feeling is filed away and it a tool I can pull out and use any time I need it! I really can do hard things!!! I can! I can! I can! Here I come 10% - May 1st is my goal for my 10% loss and I can't wait. Today I'm going to order a Core Secret dvd that I don't own and I'm soooo excited~! I CAN DO HARD THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
