Last night I had an epiphany. The scale is controlling everything I do. Whether I exercise or what I eat. I have been getting on the scale in the morning and at night. No more. Saturday's weigh in is going to be a surprise. I hope it's a good one. I'm going to track, eat right and exercise. Do everything that I can do. I'm NOT getting on the scale - even before my meeting. YES! I'm back on track. Here we go!
This morning I tried the EA Active. Oh my gosh. I selected the 40 minute easy workout. I started at 6:20 AM -- I finished at 7:45. I can't believe how long it took. I can't believe how many lunges I did. I can't believe how much sweat my body produced. I liked it. It felt good. One negative - it didn't have a cool down or stretching - hard to believe. Maybe I just couldn't find it or select the right option. Oh, did I mention the amount of squats---guhhhh. My energy level is up and I'm ready to hit the house work and the laundry.
Come on day! Give me what you've got! I'm ready!!!
