I'm done today. I can't stand this journey. I can't do it. What did this stem from. I got on the scales this morning and I'm up 2 pounds. What can I do. I know I shouldn't get on the scales. It sends my mind into a tail spin. What can I do? I'm within my points everyday. I'm not perfect - but I'm not blowing it. I'm within my points eating what I should be eating. Why isn't it coming off? I'm working -- I workout more than I ever used to. Am I seeing results -- honestly my body feels different -- it does. It feels better but I'm still fat. FAT!!!
