I decided to take a day off. It doesn't feel so good now. No energy boost. I'm really tempted, even though I showered, to change later and get a work out in. I am getting back to where I should be weight wise after this last weekend. I was at 246.8 this morning. Just keep working, plow through and everything will be down on Saturday. It won't be 2 pounds but it will be negative! I did get the chance to sit down and plan a menu - felt good to get that done. For the first time in a long time I finished my grocery shopping for my menu. Wow --- I can actually cook what is planned instead of throwing it together. Today, I hope I can find the time to clean out a few cupboards and then enter my recipes into the recipe builder. This will be huge! I can know what points each meal is worth and make meal making even better! Come on day! Bring it on! I'm ready for you!!! I can do hard things!!!
Oh, just a note - No Bake Cookies -- they are soooooo bad -- 4 points a cookie. Not worth it!
