Today was an easy day for me. I just did the 3 mile workout with Leslie. Felt good to move, got the energy that I will need for today! I think my body needs a break from Core Secrets and The Firm - get some rest and be ready to go hard tomorrow. I really am craving some fresh air. I can't wait to start running outside. I will do that on my cardio days and keep doing the dvds for my strength days. I love what I am doing. I can feel a difference in my body. Skipping the scales during the week has really helped. I am more aware of how I feel and I know I don't want to blow it. I did have a green rice crispy treat yesterday -- it was great! I made Pork Cabbage Stir-Fry last night -- it was so good and only 3 points! I also made 2 point egg rolls, oh my gosh. Love them! If I didn't put sausage in them they would be 1 point but the sausage adds a great flavor. Yummy! Gotta shower. Keep doing what I'm doing! I can do hard things! Oh yeah! I can!
