Today I put in the Accelerated Core Secrets work out. I honestly forgot how much I liked this work out. It was 45 minutes with warm up and cool down - I'm tired, sweaty and breathing hard. Love it. Upper body, lower body and abs all in one. I love using the ball.
I'm very nervous about the scales and I am very TEMPTED to step on the scale. I need to hide it. I feel good - I haven't been over my points. I have to admit that I had 1, yes 1, puffy Cheeto yesterday. I also made cookies for my boys but they were Hearty Healthy Lehi Roller Mill oatmeal cookies so they were 2 points for 1 cookie. I did have a scoop of the cookie dough. I'm not feeling guilty. If I'm not down on Saturday, well, I guess I will blame that poor single Cheeto and the cookie dough. If my body can't take that with all the veggies, fruit and exercise it's been getting then something is seriously WRONG! Come on body -- start burning something. I've been doing Weight Watchers and exercising for 8 weeks -- I'm only down 12 pounds. Yes, sometimes I get a little frustrated. It will end when I get out of the shower and start my day -- I will realize how much more energy I have and feel better about myself. Here I come shower! Let's get this day started! Wahoo --- almost the weekend!
