2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Man --- 4 miles done. I really didn't want to do 4 miles but I did it! After 3 miles I was done but I pushed through. It is done and I feel good. I'm glad I did the extra mile. It has made a huge difference this week. I'm down to 245.4 this morning. Such a relief. Now to just keep it going! I can to hard things!!! I can do it!
