A little more positive today. I got up a little late and so I did Core Secret's 25 minute workout. Not bad but I'm used to doing a little bit longer. Tomorrow. There's always tomorrow! The Firm will be tomorrow! I thinks that it is time to move up to a heavier hand weight also -- wahoo!
Guess what I noticed yesterday - yes, yes, blue skies, sun shine, birds singing-- I have triceps! Thank you tricep dips! Eating went well yesterday, I went grocery shopping and loaded up on fruits. I did notice I am lacking on the veggies. I've got to get some salad mix or something. The only veggies that I'm enjoying are cucumbers, green onions, avocado and mushrooms. Well, the shower is calling!


I'm adding a little more -- the shower was great, today is great! I don't understand the days that I had yesterday. I am learning to just push through them (they are like sludge) - If I can get through to the next day my attitude is always better. I'm thankful for days like yesterday. I'm thankful for what I learn. It's okay to have those days. It's great to spit my feelings into cyberspace and get them out of me so they don't pollute me and I can get on with this journey. Yes. The Journey. One day at a time. Step by step. I will get there. I must. It's why I work everyday. I will get there. I CAN DO HARD THINGS!
