No work out yesterday. We went to the Jazz game the night before and I was way tired and didn't even move until 7:00. Whoops! Good day eating though helps with that -- I hope. Today I totally made up for that -- I did the entire Firm Sculpting work out. 49 minutes of lunges, squats and upper body work. Oh my gosh. I didn't do the last set of lunges. My legs were screaming! My body dripping in sweat! Isn't life just great! I feel soooo good. Somebody please remind me how good I feel if I ever abandon what I'm doing. I have no plans for the future to do that at all! I think my little virus is leaving and hopefully my full energy will be returning! Way to much to do -- I can't wait for weigh in on Saturday. A pound down will make me soooo happy. Anything negative is wonderful! Here goes today! Let's get a menu planned for next week and get a grocery list done for Monday or Tuesday! I did meet my goal this week -- I wanted to try different work outs on Tuesday or Thursday- Friday counts! I'm going to a later weigh in tomorrow so I could actually get up and work out on Saturday if my heart desires. It just might!
