Whoa, did the 5 mile fat burning walk this morning - actually, I did 3 of the 5 miles. Felt good. It's different than the Walk Away the Pounds dvd. A lot more movement, faster pace. Felt really good. Nice change from what I've been doing. More sweating, more movement. It's got to be a little bigger calorie burn. A little late this morning, not a lot of chat. Got to get in the shower. Just as soon as I stop sweating.

I am strong! I can do hard things! I just made something yummy for my boys and instead of having a nibble -- I had an apple! I am strong! My journey is moving forward!
