Oh how I wanted to sleep and sleep! I got up though -- I started walking with Leslie - after 2 miles I thought, um... I should quit. I'm running out of time for the morning, I'll just do 2 miles. Then I thought, oh just 2 and a half. Long story short --I did 3 miles. I know this week that I wanted to bump up to 4 miles but I have a nasty little virus that has sapped my energy. Go away! Let me have my energy back! I'm a little sore from the Firm work out yesterday but it's a good sore. Means there are muscles there -- they've been unused and just got jolted back to reality. Hope they enjoyed their vacation because I'm not quiting the Firm work outs. Love it!
