2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

I know my goal was to workout 5 days this week -- I did get up today but only worked out for 20 minutes. I just didn't have the energy. I thought it would increase after I got into but nope. I really think I have a cold coming on -- dang it! Being positive -- Nice job! That was 20 more minutes than if I had stayed in bed!
