Nice morning - did 3 of the 4 miles with Leslie Sansone. I really feel like I need something different. More upper body. More ab work. I ordered a couple new dvds from Amazon - the reviews were great so I hope that I like them. I was just reviewing my goals. I've really got to start working a little harder to meet my 5% goal by March 1st. I've only been loosing a little over a pound a week and it's only 2 weeks away with about 4 pounds to go. No more days like yesterday. I was just hungry all day yesterday - I ate breakfast late, lunch was late because we ran to Costco and by dinner I was just hungry. Today will be great! I can do it! I can do anything! I did get my milk in -- it uses 4 points though so I've got to figure that out. I am also down to 32 points because I'm in the 240s so 5 points down is quite a few! I can do it!
