Sooooo, I forgot to set my alarm this morning. Oh my, was a sleep in just what I needed! Loved it! I will get a work out in this afternoon, I'm not going to miss a day. I'm excited to weigh on Saturday. I only have next week to meet my goal of 5% on March 1 so I've got to focus a bit. It gives me such confidence when I meet my goals. This week has been tough. I'm not used to drinking milk at all. When it takes 4 of my daily points to do it, well that's even harder. I bought skim milk last night so that should ease the points burden. I got on the scale today and weighed 247.6 so that's some progress. Time to get on with the day! I'll report on my work out later~!
