2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

It is long after my workout, I just ate a yummy breakfast and am getting ready to get some work done and then jump in the shower. I feel good doing what I am doing. I just need to keep this feeling and not want the weight loss all at once and get discouraged. Slow and steady, One day at a time, The journey of a 1000 miles started with one step .... what others can I think of? I've got to go grocery shopping today or tomorrow. My how that has changed. I really shop the perimeter of the store a lot more. Milk, bread, eggs, fruit and veggies. It's fun to cook and what we can add veggies to and how many. I feel like this is a life time job and can work for my life time. Is it possible to reach life time at Weight Watchers? Why not? Absolutely. Do I want it this time? Yes! What can get in my way... maybe one more little baby. I had better get my weight loss done first! Even more of a reason to stay on track -- stay focused! Happy Monday! Time to get something else done!
