Oh my heck! I thought - hey it's Tuesday better try the Firm dvd. That was my goal this week. Whoa! I made it through 33 minutes then I fast forwarded to the abs and then cooled down. I had no idea there were 63 different types of lunges -- kidding. I bet I did 5 different types. I'm going to have to find a way to modify, my knees just aren't fans. If I start slow, know what my body can do I bet I can work up to doing them normally. My body feels yucky today. Yesterday I had a tablespoon of chocolate dipped in crushed Oreos. I also had some frozen yogurt. I ALSO had some cotton candy. Oh confessions. Today I'm realizing that they just weren't that great. Probably won't have those again. I don't like feeling like this -- all yucky inside. Not worth it! Okay, up to fix lunches and breakfast while I cool down still. Oh, my legs aren't going to like me today. Tomorrow legs -- we'll just walk with Leslie!
