2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

Weighed in this morning at my meeting - down 2.0 lbs! Yeah! Also hit my 5% goal. I still had a week to go according to my records --- at 13 lbs. They said 12 lbs - what's a pound -- a heck of a lot depending in the day! Any way, so excited to me my goal. My next goal is 10% so here's to that journey! I feel good and should work out but it's Saturday and I'm going to have a break. I will eat good today and make sure that I'm on the program 7 days not just 5 days!
