Well, I got up - tired but moving. My throat is sore and my body wants to go back to bed. I worked out though - did 3 miles on the 5 mile dvd. Really like it. Faster pace, lots more movement, sweat more and breathing harder for longer. I'm sure that's the correct grammar for what I wanted to say. Weight loss is so slow. Negative thought. Go away. Remember the journey. Remember the journey. Day by day. Do good today. I can do hard things! I promise - self you can do it! One step at a time! I'm frustrated with the milk aspect and the required 2 servings that take up 4 points. I've got to do a little research and learn what else counts as my milk serving. Maybe cheese on my breakfast or on my salad? Cottage cheese and fruit? Yogurt? I know it's in book 1, I just need to get it out and look. Better do that today.When I look back on this week, what slowed my pace? I did okay on Saturday and Sunday, but did sugar cookies slow my pace? Was it the fat free yogurt on Wednesday night? Was it the hamburger (without a bun, ketchup and pickles only)? On with the day! To the shower I go! On with the journey!
