Part of my goal this week was pretty immediate to do - Make Saturday and Sunday COUNT! I did pretty good. I did use 7 of my 35 bonus points but it wasn't 25 of my bonus points! The other part of my goal this week is to get my milk in - since I started this journey, I have ignored the milk. This week I will drink milk -- and like it! I've also got to sit down and make a menu for the week so I have a plan. We went to family's house last night for a Valentine Dinner and I did great. Breakfast was served so I had 2 pancakes, topped with light cool whip and fresh strawberries with a cup of orange juice. I did have a 1/2 slice of bacon. I felt very successful and that adds to the feelings of success. I know that I can do this. I know that this journey will lead to a healthier life, a lower weight me and a life time of better choices!

Today is my brave day. I'm making this blog public. I've kept it private, written everything in safety. Here goes nothing!
