Wow! Got up early enough to do the entire 3 miles! I feel good. I did get on the scale before and I was up a little from yesterday. Why are these numbers so important to my little brain? Why do they play such a huge role in my feelings and motivation? My weight loss is so slow. My body is changing - I can feel it and see it. I'm eating at or under my points. I haven't been including my activity points. What do I need to change to see some real progress at the scale? Dairy. Health oil. Goals for next week are set. Oh, I need to shower and I'm still sweating. Not good but going anyway! Don't give up! I can do it! Reach deep and get it done! I am in control!
