Three mile workout is done! I feel good! I love it! Brian even got up and worked out with me this morning -- that was nice. I did have birthday cake last night - a nice regular 2x2 piece and no ice cream. I've got to focus on my water today and make sure that I'm getting my liquids! So important to do! Well -- off to the shower.
