2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

My goal is to work out 5 days this week. That means I can't take Wednesday off. That was always a nice sleep in day. That's okay -- it's totally worth it! Come on fat! Melt away! Today I did the 4 mile challenge but only 40 minutes of it! In a few weeks I want to be up to the 4 mile! I feel good! Keep going! Slow and steady! Keep tracking!
