2013 Goals

1)Run the Ogden City Marathon 2)Get to my 100 pound Loss
3) Work for Weight Watchers 4) Run Ragnar - Wasatch Back

So happy eating my yummy 5 point breakfast - hashbrowns, ham, mushrooms, onions and 2% cheese. So yummy! Work out was great this morning - did the 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone! I feel a difference in my body - my legs feel better!

I realize today that I need to set some short term goals to help me get motivated. I do set weekly goals already, this week I'm going to 1) track every bite, 2) Get my milk everyday, and 3) Make Saturday and Sunday count - do Weight Watchers 7 days a week not just 5 days a week.

On my journey -- what's my destination? What are my dreams? These are my long term goals 1) Life Time Member of Weight Watchers, 2) Run a 5K Race and 3) Fit into my cute, cute black skirt I bought a while ago. I like these goals because they fit the stages of my journey.

Long Term Goals
Goal 3 will be completed by Mothers Day - May 9, 2010!
Goal 2, run a 5K before August 2010
Goal 1 - May 1, 2011 - I will have been doing Weight Watchers for 1 year & 5 months in May - and I will be a Life Time Member!
