Oh my heck! This morning I clicked on the 4 mile walk -- yes on purpose! I thought I would just do the 2 mile part and then cool down. Well, after 2 miles I felt pretty good so I kept going and did to 3 miles. I feel great. A little late to get in the shower, I may have to get the kids to school and then jump in! I was going to quit but to be honest, this weeks challenge kept me doing 10 more minutes, then after 10 minutes I thought "heck -- just finish this mile!" I don't want to get down because of the scale. Who cares if it's not going down. I'm tracking, eating and exercising. It will at some point!
