What a great morning. I woke up after a great sleep in my own bed. I have been at girls camp for the past 2 days. It was a great time. I was able to eat and feel good about it. Yesterday we walked almost all day and part of that was a great little hike. I felt good about my stay and was ready to come home.
When I woke this morning, it was later than usual and didn't feel like going running. However, today is Thursday. Weigh in day. I haven't missed a weigh in since beginning Weight Watchers in January. I was so tempted to lay in bed a little longer. I decided to get up and get running. After the first mile I made decided that running this late in the morning was no fun. The sun was up and it was hot . Not a lot of shade which is so nice earlier. More sweat is good!
Distance - 3.5 miles Time - 42:42
To the bridge - 1.7 miles Time - 21:07

It felt so good to get moving again. I'll let you know how the weigh in is!

Okay - here's the weigh in -- down 1.2 yay!!! Total pounds gone - 37.0!
