I feel great. Physically, I feel so good this morning. I didn't run yesterday and I could feel it all day. By noon, I was tired and ready for a nap. What a benefit to getting up and getting moving. I'm looking forward to that extra energy today.

Mentally, I'm hitting road blocks. I'm eating things I wouldn't have eaten in June. No way. I'm struggling. I'm seeing pictures taken over the past month and I look like the same person. I've lost 40 pounds! Come on camera - give me something!

I've really got to focus on other things. I was bigger than I have ever been. I was wearing a size 22/20 in womens clothing. My waist was 44 inches in diameter. I weighed 260 pounds. I could run for 1 1/2 minutes.

Today - I'm wearing a size 18/16 in womens & some misses clothing. I weigh 220 pounds. I can run for 60 minutes. My waist is 38.5 inches! I feel good about myself. I can do hard things!

Yesterday I tracked EVERYTHING. I measured EVERYTHING. I'm going to be doing this all week. I've got to get back to the mental place I was - Today, I'm going to go through my old food journals and get a few things looked at. See what I was eating in the afternoon. I don't remember being hungry - yesterday, by 5:00 - HUNGRY. Wait ---- isn't it normal to be hungry at 5? Duh. Get dinner planned today so that it's ready.

My friend's dad passed away over the weekend. His parents had cooked dinner for us while we were in Wyoming for Trek - His dad brought everyone popcicles - AWESOME!!! Just a great person that I've known. Dealing with that loss has also put a damper on my attitude.

Today's Distance - 3.6 miles Time - 44:27
