Last night was a marathon yard work night - I was so tire this morning. I finally rolled out of bed around 7:00 AM, got dressed and headed outside. I did some strength training this morning. I ran hills - 4 times up, walking back. Tired. I went home and mapped it out - I only went half the distance. Next time, after some planning I will do the correct amount. Something is better than nothing!
