I walked with my husband today. He's pretty down about his weight and just wanted to stay in bed. I got his shorts, shirt and shoes for him and made him go. Then we walked up to the water tank - it's a good walk, the hill is pretty steep. It felt great. I kept waiting for my legs to burn and get tired - they never did. On the way back I saw the recycling truck - knowing my recycling wasn't on the curb I ran home. It felt great. I love running. I may be the first 220 pound woman to enjoy this - someday I will be a 175 pound woman who loves running! We went less than 3 miles and took an hour - slow goes but got some good feelings and good talking.
