I got up and ran this morning. It's also weigh in day. The entire run I had to push myself. Keep going, keep going..... It feels so good to be done and I love the feeling I have all day. I love the results. Running for me this week has been blah. What changed? Attitude. Seth you are so right!

How can I shift my attitude? What am I focusing on that's making it work instead of fun? I think it may be my watch. I've really been watching my time. I think that's how I measure improvement by my time. What are some other ways to measure how I'm doing? Distance? I haven't had a run over 4 miles for 2 weeks - next week focus on distance. Wait. Distance next week -- I will be in Wyoming Wednesday through Saturday -- that is distance.

I'll post later after my weigh in! Here's hoping that 15% mark shows up today!!!

Not quite to 15% yet! Only down 0.2 - so glad it's not a gain. This week was a rough eating week. Just a little lax! Now to hit it hard until we leave on Wednesday!
