Today I ran the same route as Thursday, Distance 3.5 miles Time 41:47 minutes. I'm still at 12 minutes a mile. I know that I really get into a comfort zone and stay at a really slow speed. Even on days when I think I'm trying to move faster, the time is about the same. Do I just stay happy that I can run this far and not die? Heck no! How do I improve my time? Time to do a little research, read what I've found already and get some kind of improvement happening!
