What a great weekend! Just was so good to be home and not traveling! This morning I just walked with my husband. I'm not feeling great and running really wasn't on the agenda. Yesterday I looked up some 10K runs for September or early October. It is slim pickins on 10Ks. There are two that I could do - The Little Grand Canyon Marathon/Half Marathon/10K down by Price or the Layton Marathon/Half Marathon/10K. I've also looked up some training programs and they are so do able. I'm already running above what is suggested for the first few weeks on most of them. That makes me think I could do a 10K in early September - the Layton one is in early October. UM.....

Funny thing - I had a dream last night about running. Weird uh. It was awesome. It was on a canal road but is wasn't rocky it was dirt. Really fine dirt. In my head I kept thinking to myself, "Focus on the toes. Focus on the toes." I could see & feel how I was running. It was light and my feet were barely touching the ground. What have I become? LOL!

  1. Great job on your run, Molly. It is always rewarding to finish, and faster than last time. I tell you, a 10k is definately doable. There is one here in September. It is actually the 4th. Proceeds benefit an adoption fund this family has started. Check out the website www.sole2soulrun.com.

  3. It is over, that is always a good feeling. I think attendance was down this year, but it was still good.
