Today was my strength day. I did The Firm Standing Body video - yes video. It's old. The fashion leaves something to be desired, but the workout is great! I'm going to do the Five Day Abs along with whatever I'm going that day. My abs are weak! It is tough ab work. Feel good to have a little challenge. I imagine tomorrow I will be a wee bit sore!
