I got up and walked with my husband this morning - beautiful morning. Felt good to get out. I killed my goal over the weekend - I'm up about 3 pounds. I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'm just rethinking. The only thing I would do different is the Wendy's stop. Dang it - I was hungry and a salad - well a salad wasn't going to cut it. Such is life and the choices we make.
THE GOAL - is it really dead? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Will I get there by September 1st? I'm sure gonna try! I've got two full weeks from today. Six pounds to go.
What's the plan? How am I going to get there?
1. Tracking - Faithfully track every bite.
2. More veggies.
3. Move every day. Either running or walking. Pulling weeds or cleaning house. MOVE!
4. Positive thoughts - It can happen! I can do hard things. This is hard and I will do it!
