Great run today. Short and sweet which is just what I needed. It's cloudy and overcast - humid for the desert.
I've been pretty lazy - I know running everyday isn't good for my heavy body - I would do it every day! I have just been doing nothing. Sleeping in. No energy boost in the morning. I'm even kinda grouchy. I decided yesterday that next week I'm going to head down to the rec center and bike and lift on my non running days. This will help me to want to go there to run when it's cold and dark. I'm kind of excited. It's always fun to throw something new into the mix!
Tomorrow is my distance day. I'm going to run to my Weight Watchers meeting. I need to sit with Gmap-pedometer and map my route so that I can get my 6.5 miles in. If I ran down and back it would be 7 miles. The last 3.5 miles would be up hill the entire way. That doesn't sound so fun.
