oh my gosh! I feel great! I walked this morning with my husband and then when we were done I did some running. My legs have been so tight from doing The Firm workout - even after 30 minutes of walking they were still tight - we did a huge hill - duh. After 30 minutes of running they feel great.

Running Distance 2.7 miles Time 35:00

A couple hills that killed my I ran without stopping today - without needing to stop. It felt great. It was raining when we started and it felt so good to run in the rain. WoW!

Weigh in day today! I'll check back in later!

It's later - like 4 days later! 3.4 pounds - GONE!
