Ever had that day when laying in bed just felt so good and you could stay another hour. Running. What's a day missed? After skipping the run for the extra half hour of sleep, let me tell you. GET OUT OF BED!
Where's my energy for the day? What is this stiffness in my back and the crick in my neck? Dang. Tomorrow - I will get up. I will run.
