Good run today - I'm learning that I'm very comfortable around 3.5 to 4 miles. I really like that I can stretch to 6 and hopefully this week 6.5. Just a side note -- School starts today! Yeah.

I like running with the sensor and know exactly how far I have run as soon as I am finished. I need to play with it more. I would like to know how far I am in my workout while I'm running not just at the end.

I averaged about 11:30 minute miles. I would like that to improve -

I'm weighing in on Saturday this week - hopefully I can weigh in on Saturdays from now on. I'm looking forward to this Saturday. I'm going to run to my meeting. I want to map out a 6.5 mile run to get there so that I can get my long run in for the week. Remember way back in April or May when I wanted to run to my meeting. I remember being scared that I couldn't run the 3.5 miles it would take to get there. Wow. Look how far I've come.

I keep running into the same people as I run on the canal. One lady I talked to a couple time a while back. She was familiar with Jeff Galloway, she was also training for a half marathon - today she ran up to me and said,"I've got to know your name -" so we exchanged our names. Won't it be nice to have a name and a face I know.
