Good weekend. Yet another family reunion. Eating wasn't too bad, but what do you do when everyone makes their favorite Dutch oven dish? I'll get back on track today. These things happen. What will my response be? That's the deal breaker.
Here's how I'm going to handle it - RUN. I'm going to run everyday. Now don't get excited. I'm not going to do long runs every day. I'll take it easy. I am going to move every day.
Eating wise - lots of fruits and veggies. High on the good stuff - zero on the bad stuff! It can be done and I'm going to do it!
