No workout today - I just needed a rest. I don't know why but I'm tired. I think traveling just wears me out. Gotta get back some energy! Today I'm going to finish my house stuff and then go work in the yard. That will burn some calories.

My weight is slowly getting back to where I need it to be. Probably won't be much of a weigh in tomorrow but getting back on track takes some time. I will get to my goal! September 1st - here I come!

Last night I made something so yummy I have to share. We had tinfoil dinners when we were camping and my kids really like them. Last night I decided to do some in the oven. I made some with chicken and some with hamburger - the chicken was mine! I put frozen hashbrowns, onions, carrots and zucchini in them. Oh my gosh! They turned out so good! They were also low in points for the amount of food we ate. The veggies were steamed perfectly! YUM!
