Yesterday and today have been complete whirlwinds. Yesterday my SIL and kids showed up around 8:30 AM and left around 4:30 PM. It was a nice surprise and we had a busy but good day. Today I just feel icky. Chest is tight, head is dizzy. I didn't run yesterday or today. Tomorrow, I'm at least going to go walk. This feels like the same stuff I had in December and I ran through that. This time, I'm listening to my body a little more. It's asking for sleep and rest. I'm giving it sleep and rest. I am focusing on my food and what I'm eating. If my activity level is going to be low my veggie intake is going to be high!!

  1. Hey Molly, you are doing so great. I think February is just a hard time to keep going. Stuck inside for so long, cold outside, not much sun. It causes a little distress. It is kind of a cabin fever. March is my santuary, it will come soon enough. The days are longer and usually warmer, and outside activity is more frequent and enjoyable. It is only two weeks away. You can make it! You are amazing. Keep up the great work. I am so proud of you.
